Practical tips on how to use storytelling while interacting with colleagues, bosses & business partners
Storytelling has become a very powerful and popular tool in the commercial environment and in public speaking. It is also becoming very powerful for professionals - individual contributors as well as leaders - in the workplace.
In her workshop, Laura will share how each of us can use stories to communicate with others and improve the ability to inspire, engage and persuade. You will learn practical frameworks for storytelling under different contexts. She is inspired by a quote from the New York Times best selling author, Mr. Daniel Pink and his book “A Whole New Mind --- Why Right Brainer will Rule the Future ”:
The future belongs to a different kind of person with a different kind of mind: artists, inventors, storytellers-creative and holistic "right-brain" thinkers whose abilities mark the fault line between who gets ahead and who doesn't.
Thank you, Laura to inspire us into action!
